in CB this year we had the best cocktail! here is the best recipe i've been able to recreate! the trick may be the fact that i have an amazing simple syrup maker of a hubby too!
St. Germain French 75stir together over ice:
2 ounces gin (Hendricks has a great note that pairs well with the elderflower) 2 ounces St. Germain (no substituting this...it is a liqueur made of elderflower blossoms hand picked with love in France) 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup
Strain into glass with ice & top with 2-3 ounces of sparkling wine/champagne
